TERMS & CONDITIONS
  • Travel period is from now till 20 December 2018.
  • Minimum of four nights' stay is required.
  • The 50-minute couples massage is valid for per room per stay and is not exchangeable for cash or resort credit.
  • Complimentary couples massage times are strictly subject to availability and will be allocated upon check-in at an available time slot. Should no massage time slot be available, this benefit is non-transferable and will be forfeited upon check-out.
  • This benefit is not valid for separate bookings on consecutive days and will only be applied to the first booking made.
  • This benefit is only applicable for a two-night minimum stay.
  • To preserve the peaceful sanctuary of the Spa Village experience, the spa welcomes guests the age of 16 and above.
  • Each room has a maximum occupancy of two adults and one child below 12 years old.
  • The child accompanying adults will be on existing bedding. Breakfast for child will be charged additionally.
  • Every extended night of stay includes accommodation, breakfast and Sabah Parks' conservation fee.
  • Dive participants must be certified divers. All participants of the dives will be required to produce their diver certification card or dive log book before diving.
  • The five leisure dives over a period of two days are scheduled as follows:
    Day 1: Two dives
    Day 2: Three dives
  • All dives are guided by qualified PADI instructors with a maximum of four persons per instructor for personalised attention.
  • Boat transfers between the Resort and the local marine park include refreshments and lunch. Use of towels and diving gear are complimentary.
  • For children between 6 to 12 years old, child rates will apply for diving activities, while accommodation will be based on existing bedding in villa.
  • The non-diving travelling partner who is on room-sharing with the diver may exchange the five leisure dives with a 1-Day Snorkelling Trip, one 50-minute deluxe spa treatment at Spa Village Gaya Island and MYR 500 in-resort rebate for food & beverage, private dining or spa treatments.
  • All activities, spa treatments and dining experiences are subject to availability and weather conditions.
  • To preserve the peaceful sanctuary of the Spa Village experience, the Spa welcomes guests the age of 16 and above.

  • Room rates are subjected to government tourism tax (“Tourism Tax”) of MYR10 per room per night effective 01 September 2017. The Tourism Tax will be charged at the hotel and payment to be made upon check-out. Malaysian citizens (MyKad) and permanent residents (MyPR card holders) are exempted. It is mandatory to produce MyKad and/or MyPR and/or other relevant documents upon check-in for registration for identification of nationality and citizenship purposes.
  • A conservation fee of MYR30 on the first night of stay and an additional MYR20 for each day thereof is applied to each guest, including children, for every night of stay by Sabah Parks, an organisation set up as the caretaker of Tunku Abdul Rahman Marine Park. The conservation fee is contributed to Sabah Parks in support of their effort towards preserving the rich ecosystem of the region.
