Additional child pricing policy :
  • Each villa has a maximum occupancy of two adults and two children (aged 11 years and under), with a surcharge applied.
  • Maximum one daybed per villa, with second child sharing daybed or king bed with parent.
  • For guests travelling with children, dinner on 30 May 2025 will be relocated to Feast Village.

  • Minimum stay of two nights is required, inclusive 30 May & 31 May 2026.
  • All activities, spa treatments and dining experiences are subject to availability and weather conditions.
  • Offer is subject to availability, is not applicable for groups and cannot be combined with any other offers.
  • Full pre-payment is required at the time of booking and this payment is non-refundable.
  • Rates are subject to change.
  • Room rates are subject to a government tourism tax (“Tourism Tax”) of MYR10 per villa per night. The Tourism Tax will be charged at the hotel and payment to be made upon check-out. Malaysian citizens (MyKad) and permanent residents (MyPR) are exempted. It is mandatory to produce MyKad or MyPR upon check-in for registration and identification of nationality and citizenship purposes.
  • All prices are subject to prevailing service charge and taxes.
  • A conservation fee of MYR35 on the first night of stay and an additional MYR25 for each day thereof is applied to each guest, including children, for every night of stay by Sabah Parks, an organisation set up as the caretaker of Tunku Abdul Rahman Marine Park. The conservation fee is contributed to Sabah Parks in support of their effort towards preserving the rich ecosystem of the region.
